Found a tranquil lily/lotus pond while doing a recent portrait shoot at Soka University. Gia saw the images and is going to use one for the packaging of a really cool meditation CD she’s creating for her yoga students. But she can’t decide which image to use…want to help her chose? Which do you prefer?

From a packaging standpoint I love the first one because it downplays the leaves floating and focuses more on drawing attention to the lotus. The photo is more about the notion of tranquility than an actual up-front photograph of a lotus. That’s just me, both are fantastic.
