Mother’s Day

Today Gia and I were reminded to:

- Laugh and sweat every day
- Learn from our children – as they are our best teachers
- Live from our hearts (not just our minds)

We started the day in Los Angeles for Gurmukh’s family Kundalini class at the Golden Bridge Yoga and Wellness Center (coordinates: Sunset and Vine). The experience was amazing in so many ways. Most fullfulling was watching Gia and Gurmukh visit after class – and the tears that baby Kai brought to both their eyes (Gia has studied Gurmuck’s work for many years, and practiced Kundalini throughout her pregnancy…so it was really special to be at her studio today).

We then hit Real Food Daily for a post-yoga snack…followed by Korean BBQ (bulgogi + tofu soups) for dinner, and Yogurt Land to top it all off.

I was so pleased when Gia said this was her best Mother’s Day ever (whoa, the bar has been set high).
